Beginners Tai Chi and Yoga Classes

Continuation of the Adult Tai Chi exercise class every Wednesday at 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. in February, made possible through our Health and Literacy Grant.

Tai Chi Adult Exercise Class was a success!  We will have Yoga classes in April! Tuesday April 5th, 12th, 19th and the 26th from 8:30am to 9:30 am.  Must be signed up to participate. Classes are limited to 10 people.

Instructor: Abby Rorabaugh

This class is for ages 21 years & up.
